Apparently - as sources relay to me - there are still those in the MN Legislature that again are trying to pass a Driving Privilege legislative bill prior to the end of this session, without Minnesotans of all political stripes weighing in - YES!!! there are Democrat’s, Republican’s Conservatives’s Constitutionalist’s, Independents and even some liberals - who feel this is WRONG!!!!!

You - who oppose this lawlessness - must be heard from now

The safety issues alone make this - a piece of legislation that should not be pushed thru in a last minute attempt by the Democratic establishment - merely for pandering points. This is a SERIOUS issue…. an issue that those who support and vote for it - WILL NEED TO DEFEND in the future … and the results of their actions, mind you without Minnesotans input.

There are rules within this bill - but seeing the law is not enforced not (driving without a license) why would anyone believe it will be future enforcement. There are so many questions: will those who qualify have to pass a drivers test in English or will those benefiting from such horrible legislation receive translation assistance; seeing that fraudulent residence documentation can be created in a matter of moments - who will be ensuring that this requirement will be investigated; who will be ensuring the FOREIGN identification that can be presented if real or that these individuals are who they say they are: etc. and of course Why does the Democratic Representative so willing support legislation for those illegally in the Country

Please call your Representative immediately - only five days left to the end of this Legislative Session. Tell them NO to drivers licenses/Privileges for illegal alien

State Sen. Ricardo Lara, a California Democrat, has authored a bill that would allow people without Social Security Numbers to get licensed as dentists, psychologists, nurses, pharmacists, real estate agents, barbers, security guards and 30-some other professions.

“We believe that by removing the barrier that we face in obtaining professional licensing, we will be able to reach our full potential,” said aspiring doctor Denisse Rojas at a recent legislative hearing. Rojas was brought into the United States illegally at 6 months of age, studied biology at Berkeley and now wants to apply to medical school. Rojas said she was able to receive financial aid from the state under California’s Dream Act for her last semester of college, so it follows that the state should allow her to use her degree.

I’m liking Rand Paul less and less each day, especially when he makes stupid comments like this:

Assuming he hasn’t been taken out of context, Paul should recognize indoctrination when he sees it and he should be able to intellectually defend Voter ID. But instead, he appears to cower to the misplaced offense of the indoctrinated and acts like a squishy moderate, telling the rest of us to back off.

Smuggling Suspect Crashes into Horse

STARR COUNTY - Officials say a police chase ended when a smuggling suspect struck and killed a horse.

Authorities said the chase begin at approximately 4:30 p.m. Monday when Starr County investigators spotted a suspicious driver. The motorist sped off and the chase continued through an alley on Acapulco Street, where the suspect struck the horse.

Law enforcers eventually nabbed the driver and arrested him.

Authorities found nearly 700 pounds of marijuana inside the suspect’s truck.

Border Patrol: 180 Sex Offenders Captured Since October

EDINBURG - Border Patrol reports nearly 180 immigrants with prior convictions for sex offenses have been apprehended in South Texas since Oct 2013.

Most of the offenders have convictions for crimes against children. Those crimes occurred not just in Texas, but from coast to coast in the United States.

Three people arrested just this weekend in the Rio Grande Valley sector already had warrant for their arrests for sex-related crimes in Fort Worth, Virginia, and Austin.

All three men were turned over to the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office for extradition.
