Mike and Ruthie will discuss the Countermand Amendment
We have heard talk of a Countermand Amendment but - WHAT IS IT?
How would it work and is it something we should take a look at?
Is this an action or initiative that can be put into place thru State Legislators or will it require a Constitutional Convention - which Ruthie personally at this time does not support as it relates to illegal immigration - can the States thru Countermand rescind and or ignore the failures of the Federal Government to enforce the law and instead at a State Level enforce our current immigration laws without the reprisals of the Federal Government (AZ sued by our own Federal Government)
Not only with the invasion of illegal immigration but that as well of the federal governments push of Muslims/Syrians into the Country - Could the States together or on a State by State basis decline to accept these individuals under Countermand
Who would be in charge of such actions
What percentage of States would need to be on board
How does the Countermand Amendment read currently and is it in the Fifth or Tenth Amendment
Many questions and Mike will shed light on the issue for us
