The female child had a 107 temp - broken leg - two broken arms - a compressed spine - bruises and of course a urinary tract infection (denoting possible sexual abuse)
This illegal alien puke - Francisco Chavez, 27 was deported previously - last year for drunk driving but instead of holding this criminal child abusing felon (he re-entered after deportation) this criminal illegal alien posted $100,000 bail that the judge set and walked out - with an upcoming hearing scheduled.
