Sabine lost her son Dominic when he was hit by a drunk driver from Guatemala. The illegal alien had a long criminal record, including armed robbery and two DUIs.

“I decided to write to the president because it is highly upsetting that he continues to invite illegals to the White House, but never spoke to any of us who lost so dearly,” Sabine Durden said.
“WHEN do legal citizens that have been affected by this immigration issue, get a chance to share their side of the story with you?” Durden asked in her letter, the full text of which is available here.
“Dominic (30 years old) my only child and my best friend was killed (7-12-12) by a guy from Guatemala that was in the USA illegally for many years and had committed many crimes, including a felony armed robbery and 2 DUI’s,” Durden’s letter read.
“He never followed our laws (no license, no insurance or car registration) but expected our laws to protect him when he was arrested,” she explained. “It took me 1.5 years and many letters and trips to the immigration detention center to finally get a little justice and have him deported in March of 2014.”

One of those Americans killed by the Obama regime was thirty-year-old Dominic Durden. By all accounts he was an exceptional young man, respected and loved by all of those who had the good fortune to have known him. In July of 2012, Dominic was going to work like any other day, riding his motorcycle to his job as a 911 dispatcher at the Riverside, CA, Sheriff’s Department. It was roughly 5:45 amwhen an illegal alien from Guatemala crossed his lane of traffic at 50 mph, striking and killing the innocent young American. The illegal, Juan Tzun Lopez, attempted to flee the scene but was detained by passersby.
Not only was Lopez in the country illegally, but in keeping with the Obama policies of non-enforcement, he had a previous felony conviction from 2009 for grand theft for which he had not been deported. It was five years later and he was still roaming freely in the United States. The sentence imposed upon Lopez for the reckless and negligent killing of an innocent American was a paltry plea deal for nine months in jail, which he served as part of a stint at an immigration detention center of fifteen months.
Lopez was then deported back to Guatemala, leaving a grieving mother with her life permanently shattered. The third world scum that this Obama regime is unleashing upon the American people did just what they can be expected to do. The failures of their counterparts in this aggression, the American lowlifes that have compromised our judicial and political systems, is equally predictable. Even with a grand theft conviction this corrupt government refused to send him back to where he belonged until there was a destroyed family left in his wake.
Dominic’s mother, Sabine Durden, has made it her mission to tell her story and to publicize the terrorism of the plague of illegal immigration and the critical need for corrective action to be taken. There must be a new, pro-American change in the policies and the government representatives who are making us the victims of foreign aggression in the streets of our own communities.
