Bio:

Served in Marine Corps Intelligence for 21 years.  Served as General Mattis’ Intel Chief at 1st Marine Division from 2001 until 2003, when I retired.

Joined the Minuteman border watch movement in California in 2005.  Founded the San Diego Minutemen in 2006 and now heads San Diegans for Secure Borders, a large grass roots advocacy group fighting for strong enforcement of our immigration laws; secure borders and homeland; and strong vetting of all refugees, immigrants, and visitors.

As many of you know President Trump is slated to make a public announcement on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - DACA this coming week. President Trump has also stated that the DACA issue is very hard for him but that he will address it with ‘Heart’.

What does that mean? We are not sure but OUR voices must be heard on this issue and promises kept. You and I both realize, which ever path the President is considering….he will feel the heat - either un-compassionate or not enforcing our laws and keeping campaign promises.

Allowing DACA (Obama) recipients a pass due to the actions of their parents and others, (who should be responsible) who knowingly and willing brought them here illegally …. will result (in my opinion) to nothing more than a mass amnesty.

Parents that qualify for deportation will receive a reprieve in order to care for the DACA’s - which they are banking on - and the expected lawless and fraudulent activities that would follow to be included in the DACA reward… will be never-ending.

Also, the extension of abuse currently in place, due to the Obama executive order is well documented. Take Tania. Tania - is the daughter of the current illegal alien hiding in a church in Denver = Jeanette Vizguerra. Jeanette is hiding, in defiance, of her deportation notice. Tania was brought here by her parents and enjoys DACA qualifications - meaning she was not born here and does not have U.S. citizenship. Tania however, now has children (anchor babies) of her own - THIS IS OUT OF CONTROL.

Too many families have lost loved ones to the hands of a qualifying DACA and illegal alien gang bangers and criminals among us - who unless already documented - will also partake in the pass if - that is what President Trump is considering.

Remember, anyone requesting DACA must have been under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012. You must also be at least 15 years or older to request DACA, unless you are currently in removal proceedings or have a final removal or voluntary departure order. Currently it is estimated at 740,000 Dreamers - but add to that number those who will also benefit and the number skyrockets. - WHO IS GOING TO VERIFY THIS?

UPDATE: Statement from Travis County Sheriff Office
Earlier today, media outlet(s) reported a pending release of Inmate Hugo Javier Gallardo-Gonzalez from the Travis County Jail after the posting of a bond. An ICE detainer had been requested and initially declined, since it was not apparent that the noted charge met criteria established by current TCSO Policy. After reviewing the probable cause affidavit submitted for the charge of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child or Children, which was received by booking staff after magistration on the charge, staff learned of the aggravated sexual abuse element contained therein. Actions were immediately taken to reinstate the requested ICE detainer to keep Hugo Gallardo-Gonzalez in custody. He remains in the custody of the Travis County Jail.
The Travis County Sheriff’s Office intends to review this matter and consider possible policy modifications to account for similar future issues.

Joe Storie has been described numerous times as a big man with a big heart hit was murdered by yet another illegal alien living large in the United States.

Unfortunately Joe was forever and permanently taken by this illegal alien driving on our roadways. But in this tragic ending to an innocent man’s death - the illegal alien has yet to be re-captured - that’s right - he killed an American and remains at large.

Isn’t it sad and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE that we could view this with a bit of gratitude that not all four in the vehicle….were not taken? What has happening to the rule of law?

“We are still fighting for justice,” Storie said. “It puts a permanent hole in your heart. Never the same. … Our justice system, they have done nothing for my family.”

At a courtroom hearing before Rodriguez fled, Storie approached him, but he refused to speak to her.
“I stopped him and I said, ‘I know you understand every word I’m saying,’ and I just told him, I said, ‘I want you to know what kind of man you took away from us. You took my nephew’s dad. Joe has three sons that now no longer have their father. Joe was an awesome brother, husband,'” she said. “I followed him down the courtroom steps to the sidewalk, and he turned and looked at me and said, ‘Talk to my attorney.”

NOW there is a little movement on this injustice with a recent ruling to uphold the reinstatement of a $50,000 bond forfeiture - that’s right the bail bondsman that put up funds for this fleeing illegal alien will now pay (should have in the first place).
It has been Injustice after injustice! - but now this action as Chris puts it… “at least one wrong has been righted.”
Chris and Ruthie will discuss Joe - they will discuss the emotional toll of Rodriguez still at large - they will discuss this bail bondsman and what Chris feels… and I quote “truly believe Trump is our last hope.”
